Learn to let go of the myths about grief and gracefully embrace its realistic impact so that you might see it as a guiding force that compels you forward. Grief is never eradicated, but you can learn to gracefully coexist and allow its lessons to transform your life.
Let's team up to explore what's holding you back from your ideal life and dismantle those barriers together. Our 12-week partnership starts strong by having the right system, support, and accountability in place that will guarantee your success.
"Working with Leah was a life-changing experience. As a lifelong list-maker, I often struggled with execution because the tasks felt overwhelming. During a coaching session with Leah, she introduced me to the concept of breaking tasks into smaller, more manageable components—and then breaking them down further if needed. This simple yet powerful approach transformed the way I tackle projects and goals.
Today, my daily routine is intentional, consistent, and more productive than I ever imagined. Leah’s empathetic nature, combined with her ability to create accountability, sets her apart from traditional coaching methods. She not only equips her clients with actionable tools but also teaches the importance of celebrating successes—big and small.
Since working with Leah, I’ve learned to support myself in meaningful ways, and my daily life has improved no matter what’s on my agenda. I’m achieving goals with ease and enjoying the process along the way. I cannot recommend her highly enough!"

Coaches, unlike therapists, do not hold advanced degrees in Psychology or Psychiatry that are required to diagnose or treat medical disorders.
Another difference is that a therapist will ask 'why' and focus on the past, while a coach will ask 'what's next?' and focuses on the future.
For clarity, here's a question to ask yourself:
If you want to build strength and tone muscle, would you seek a Sports Medicine Doctor or a Personal Trainer?
Grieving with Grace starts with creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where we take the time to honor your grief and your unique experience of loss. While Grief Coaching is distinct from therapy, taking time up front to embrace and fully experience your grief is a vital part of graceful healing.
From there, we transition at your own pace, and I will equip you with methods and tools that keep you moving forward. This program typically spans six weeks and is tailored to meet you exactly where you are.
At the end of Grieving with Grace, we decide together whether you want to extend your time in Grieving with Grace, or if you are ready to move on to the Path to Transformation program.
Right from the start of your Path to Transformation, we tackle what's most important and what truly motivates you. We address barriers upfront, laying the groundwork for the three key pillars of success: the right system, the right support, and the crucial element of the right accountability, setting this apart from other coaching programs.
We schedule 12 weekly sessions, focusing initially on setting clear, measurable goals and anchoring them into your core 'why.' Throughout each session, we celebrate victories and address any obstacles you encounter. I provide tailored information and guide you through exercises crafted specifically for your needs. We conclude each session by pinpointing actionable steps to propel you closer to your goals, dismantling any barriers or old habits that stand in your way.
Whether you are here because you want support with grief, or you want to discover a new path that will transform your life, it really boils down to willingness. The most successful clients have a willingness to invest in themselves and commit to their growth.
If you are willing to be vulnerable, try new things, are open-minded, and are willing to lean into discomfort, then you are a perfect fit!
The 6-week Grieving with Grace program typically costs $800.00 and the 12-week Path to Transformation program typically costs $1,500.00. If you choose to bundle the two programs together, then a discount will be applied.
